Great little shop with very friendly faces. They were able to fix my AC and were honest with their pricing. Brake Masters tried to make me pay $3,600 for a whole new AC system. I’m glad I took my car here at got a second opinion because it ended up being something else that was 1/4 the price. I’m a big fan of the reward system they do here for money off your next service. I will definitely be bringing my Honda back for an oil change and recommending this place to everyone. (: 5 stars! Jason was great!

One morning, my car was giving me trouble, so I decided to take it them on a whim. They were busy, but they were incredibly friendly and helped fit me in. They diagnosed the problem and replaced my battery, as well as fixing a part of my front bumper that was hanging off. They also were reasonably priced. I’m so grateful for the staff’s professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. I highly recommend this mechanic and will definitely be back.

My car is a 2004 Nissan Xterra in good shape. However, the A/C stopped working while the outside temperature was around 120F. Usually, I took my car to the Nissan dealership in Tempe, AZ. This time, the Nissan dealership kept my car for two days. Finally, I was told that "Fan assembly cracked, parts are no longer available." I said I would accept aftermarket parts, but the service person assured me that nowhere such parts exist, not even eBay. Temperature was still over 115F. To make the story short: Japanese Auto Pros, after inspection, said nothing was wrong with the fan assembly and fixed the A/C system in a couple of hours.They charged a reasonable price. Before 5 P.M. I picked up the car. Thank you Japanese Auto Pros for your excellent work.
